Corporate Law

Corporate law is about the relationship and control within the company. The manner in which the shareholders, directors and commissioners are supposed to interact with one another, is defined by corporate law.

Before you become involved in a company or during this involvement, it is wise to seek legal advice. It is good to document how you will be involved and how can end your involvement. Clear agreements will ensure that you can keep doing what you do best: doing business. We will contribute ideas and ensure you are familiar with the opportunities, pitfalls and risks.

If a conflict does occur within the company, we will map your legal position as accurately as possible. Together we will decide if the case should be litigated, or whether it is better to reach an amicable settlement.
